EMPIRE was founded with a mission to bring quality insurance services to underserved communities. We go where others don't to ensure everyone has access to the coverage they need.

Our Background

Rooted in Mental Health & Community Service

Our founders spent time working in community mental health before transitioning to insurance. This experience taught us that many people fall through the cracks of traditional service delivery systems.

We saw seniors confused by Medicare options, families struggling to understand life insurance, and individuals without computer access unable to navigate online enrollment systems.

That's why we built EMPIRE differently. We don't wait for clients to come to us—we go to them. We meet people where they are, literally and figuratively, to ensure that insurance coverage is accessible to all.
